The Hux
The Hux is our premium deli-bar outlet offering artisanal coffee, homemade cakes, snacks and light lunch options.
Opening Hours: Summer 2025 (May - August 2025):
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm
From Semester 1 (Monday 8th September 2025):
- Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
The Hux can be found in the main atrium space.
The Hux serves barista-style coffee from local roastery Modern Standard, alongside a selection of homemade scones, cakes, sandwiches, paninis, and breakfast rolls. Full menu details are below.
Modern Standard is our chosen premium coffee supplier for The Hux - a local Fife based company where one of our very own Gastronomy students is the Sales & Operations Manager.
